Wiśniewski Sour
Ingredients
40 ml Scotch whisky or bourbon
25 ml lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup
20 ml egg white
20 ml Wiśniewski
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients except Wiśniewski in a shaker or jar.
2. First, shake without ice, then add ice and shake for about 10 seconds.
3. Strain into a lowball glass, top with ice.
4. Once the foam settles, slowly float the Wiśniewski on top (preferably using a spoon).
5. Garnish with an orange peel.
